Alana “Loni” Lee Brown, age 40, left this earth on Tuesday, September 12, 2017 from Sanford Hospital in Fargo, North Dakota.  She was born in Red Lake, Minnesota on July 23, 1977, the daughter of Delwyn “Dosh” Spears and Charlene Brown.

Alana was a generous and caring person with a very big heart.  She liked to laugh and tell jokes.  Alana loved visiting her family and friends and just having a good time.  She enjoyed listening to music and going to the casino.  She had a beautiful spirit that will be missed dearly.

The family that Alana joins are her grandparents; Joseph and Cecilia Brown, grandmother; Hazel Brown, grandfather; Burdell LaRoque, special sister; Gerilyn Auginash, great aunts; Betty Elaine Beaulieu and Winifred Juarez and other relatives.

Alana leaves behind her parents; Delwyn “Dosh” Spears and Charlene Brown, partner of 18 years; Jeffrey Brunelle, children; Chelise Brown, Jeremy “Sonny” Martin, Jr., Tyler Jeffrey Brown, Bryanna LaRae Brunelle, Jessica Mae Brunelle, Cierra Alexis Brown, Lacey Jo Brown and Alexis RaeAnn Brown, grandchildren; DeAnthony Anderson, Dayton Anderson and Christofer Morrison, Jr., brothers; Adrian Brown, Desmond Brown, Dustin Brown, Delwyn Brown and Arlen Thunder, sisters; Ashley (Andrew) Brown, Tasha Brown, Evon Brown and Kelsi Brown, aunties; Annette Brown, Sandra Brown and LeeAnn Brown-Cobenais, uncle; Allen Brown, great uncle; Clarence “Bunny” (Mully) Brown, special grandmother; Lucille Auginash, nieces, nephews and more family and friends.

A wake for Alana will begin at 2:00 p.m., Saturday, September 16th at the Old Redby Community Center in Redby, MN and continue until her 2:00 p.m. funeral service on Monday, September 18th at the St. Antipas Episcopal Church in Redby, MN.  Father George Ross will officiate.  Pallbearers for Alana are Dustin Brown, Adrian Brown, Delwyn Brown, Vin Brown, Virgil Brown, Brian Brown, Tyrone Beaulieu, Lee Neadeau and Mike LaRoque.  Her honorary pallbearers are, Toni Wells, Shelly Schoenborn, Tanya Brown, Dena Brown, Lanetta Jourdain, Rose Cournoyer, Sadonna Rodrigues, Lisa Sayers, Kara Head, Dacia Juarez, Willard Yellowbird, Donna Yellowbird, Stephanie Juarez, Diana White, Terry Jourdain, Laurie TeJohn, Emily (Brown) Cloud, Beverly (Brown) Libby, Nikki Brown and her Godmother; Jan Roberts.  Interment will be in the St. Antipas Episcopal Cemetery at Redby following her Monday service.
