Alicia Rose Cloud

Alicia Rose Cloud, 29, “Makoons” which means “Little Bear” of Ponemah, Minnesota passed to the spirit world on March 5, 2018 surrounded by her family.  She was born to Wesley and Deborah (Fineday) Cloud on December 8, 1988 in Bemidji, MN.

Alicia was the youngest of five.  She was very friendly and had a lot of friends.  Many she considered her Broz and Sisters.  Alicia loved to listen to music, dance, watching Netflix, going to the casino and taking selfies.  She enjoyed fashion and makeup.  Alicia loved being with her children, family and friends.  She was always the life of the party.

Family that welcomes Alicia to the spirit world are her maternal grandparents; Alice and Phillip Fineday, Sr., paternal grandpa; James Cloud, Sr., aunties; Elsie Cloud and Gladys Maxwell, uncles; Peter Black and Julius Fineday, special sister; Krista Fisherman, and special brothers; Julius Maxwell, Sr. and Daniel Worner.

She is survived by her best friend and father of her daughters; Anthony FastHorse, her daughters; Pauline Cloud and Pretty FastHorse, son; Jameson Cloud, parents; Deborah and Wesley Cloud, Sr., sisters; Carene Fineday and Deirdra Cloud, brothers; Delvin (Sophie) Cloud and Wesley (Holly) Cloud, Jr., grandma; RoseMarie Cloud, numerous aunties, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and many friends.

A wake for Alicia will begin at 1:00 p.m., Thursday, March 8th and continue until her traditional service at 11:00 a.m., Saturday, March 10th all being held at the Boys and Girls Club in Ponemah, MN.  Zac Earley will be her Spiritual Advisor.  Pallbearers for Alicia will be Mick FastHorse, Terrence Perkins, Mitchell Fineday, Shaun Fineday, Sylas Fineday, Deondre Jones, James Cloud III and Corey Wipf.  Alternates are James Cloud, Jr., Julius Fineday and Derrick Rosebear.  Her honorary pallbearers are Alison Fineday, Sherene Iceman, Stephanie Fineday, Raylene Fineday, Danielle Cloud, Katie Delougherty, Brandee Jourdain, Robyn Wipf, Megan Stillday, Sharla Jones, Michael FastHorse, Anthony FastHorse, Delbert Fineday, Mitchell Fineday, Joe Perkins and Patrick Jourdain.  Interment will be in the Family Burial Grounds at Ponemah, MN following her Saturday service.
