Illiana Emjay Tyndall-Littlewolf, 5 months old, “Ozhawawagizhigook Ikwe” which means “Yellow Sky Woman”, of Cass Lake, Minnesota began her spiritual journey from the Sanford Hospital in Bemidji, MN on Friday, September 22, 2017.  She was born on April 16, 2017 in Bemidji, MN to Jami Leigh Littlewolf and Haysautuh Tyndall.

Illiana was always a super happy baby.  She loved meeting people and smiled at everyone that looked at her.  Illiana liked playing with her baby friend JD and all her aunties and uncles.  She enjoyed taking baths, going for walks in our arms, swinging, cuddling, bouncing on the trampoline, looking at the trees and her bottle.  Illiana loved laughing at her daddy.  She needed attention and loved being held.  Illiana will be sadly missed by a lot of people and was loved by many.

Family that welcome Illiana to the spirit world are her great grandparents; Violet “Vye” Rose Roy (feather), Scotty R. Meeshenow, Sr., Leonard Stately and Louise Guitar, great great grandparents; Cordelia Feather, Joseph Spears, Catherine Littlewolf and Joseph Littlewolf, uncles; Michael J. Littlewolf, Jr. and Sage Windcree Tyndall, great uncle; Scotty R. Meeshenow, Jr. numerous aunties, uncles and cousins.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her mother; Jami Leigh (Ryan Ravensborg) Littlewolf of Cass Lake, her father; Haysautuh Tyndall of Mankato, grandparents; Roberta Meeshenow, Michael Littlewolf, Sr. and Calsandra (Ejay) Smith, great grandmother; Mary Bellanger, aunties; Wynona Littlewolf, Jodi Bedeau, Amanda Saunsoci and Thea Stately, uncles; Joseph Littlewolf, Dominic Meeshenow, Sr., Macy Cree Smith, Trenton Stately, Drayven Stately and Stephen Tyndall, adopted grandmother; Bear Stately, special aunties; Shay Leigh Hanks and Candice Dunn and many other relatives.

A wake for Illiana will begin at 3:00 p.m., Tuesday, September 26th and continue until her 10:00 a.m. traditional service on Thursday, September 28th all being held at the Veteran Memorial Building in Cass Lake, MN.  Malcolm Tyndall, Sr. and Ejay Smith will be her spiritual advisors.  Pallbearers for Illiana are Dominic Meeshenow, Robert Meeshenow, Robin Roy and David Waybenais, Jr.  Her honorary pallbearers are Michael Littlewolf, Lana Bellanger, Roberta Meeshenow, Ashley Geerdes, Lea Roy, Kayla Robertson, Scott Roy, Alaina Sullivan, Elias Miranda, Macy Cree Smith, Alexander Miranda, Candace Dunn, Lucas Hilton, CJ White and Sarah Waybenais.  Interment will be in the St. Mary’s Catholic Cemetery at Red Lake, MN following her services.
