Cyrene Rose Roybal, 31 years old, “Zhashgi” which means “Blue Heron” began her spiritual journey from Minneapolis, Minnesota on May 31st, 2017.

Cyrene was born April 27th, 1986 in Minneapolis, MN.  She is the daughter of Benjamin Roybal III and Carol Whitefeather.  We love you always!  Always by your side.  Cyrene enjoyed listening to music and singing.  She loved to be with her beautiful daughters, Nieca and Natalia, and being around the rest of her family.  Cyrene enjoyed playing around with her nephews Aiden and Ryver and her niece Feather.  Cyrene loved joking around with her sister Cylicia and having sisterly talks on the porch.  She was full of life and loved by all her family and friends.  Cyrene will be greatly missed.

She joins her special grandmother Loretta Pacheco in the spirit world.

Cyrene is survived by her father; Benjamin Roybal III and mother; Carol Whitefeather, special daughters; Natilia and Nieca Roybal, boyfriend; Darrell Lovejoy, her siblings; Cornella Roybal, Colin Roybal, Cylicia (Tony) Wind, Benjamin Roybal IV and Sage Roybal, grandmother; Linda Whitefeather, special aunt; Kelly King, numerous aunties, uncles, cousins and too many friends to mention.

A wake for Cyrene will begin at 6:00 p.m., Friday, June 2, 2017 and continue until her 10:00 a.m. service on Sunday, June 4, 2017 all being held at the Redby Community Center in Redby, Minnesota. Pallbearers for Cyrene will be Benjamin Roybal IV, Richard Brown, Danny Farkarlun, Willy May, Jr., Donald Roybal, Verlin “Itto” Kingbird, Tony Wind and James “Yummy” Kingbird. Her honorary pallbearers are Cylicia Wind, Sage Roybal, Cornella Roybal, Kelly King, LeAnn Farkarlun, Trisha Farkarlun, Sannia Farkarlun, Vania Whitefeather, Lisa Whitefeather, Lena McDaniel and Tawnee White. Interment will be in the Redby Episcopal Cemetery at Redby following her Sunday services.
