Brian Curtis Krivich

Brian Curtis Krivich, age 46, passed away peacefully on Friday, May 11, 2018 at the Renaissance House in Brainerd, Minnesota.  He was born in Bagley, Minnesota on September 22, 1971 the son of Sandra Spragg DeWitt.

He was a graduate of Walker High School and spent the majority of his life in Walker until the passing of his mother when he moved to the Renaissance House in Brainerd where he resided until his death.

Brian enjoyed community outings, being involved with the church, and participating in the Special Olympics.  He was definitely a “Social Butterfly”.  Everyone who knew him will never forget his zest for life and a smile that would brighten anyone’s day.  His interests were many including family gatherings, listening to music, going on rides by car or boat, and enjoying the outdoors.  He loved watching sports and was an avid Vikings, Wild and Twins fan.  His passion was family, especially the time he spent with his nieces and nephews.  He made an impression on the hearts of those he met and touched the lives of many. He will be missed.

Those he leaves behind to cherish his memory are his brothers; Mike (Lisa) of Elk River, Mark (Connie) of Nisswa, sister; Lorrie Robbins of Akeley, nieces; Kaytlin, Isabele, Brooke, and Sophia, nephews; John and Brody in addition to many extended family members.

A celebration of Brian’s life will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday, May 18, 2018 at Hope Lutheran Church in Walker with a visitation one hour prior to the service. Pastor Matt McWaters will officiate.  Inurnment will be held at Evergreen cemetery at a later date.
