Gary "George" James Bush, Sr.

Gary “George” James Bush, Sr., age 51, of Naytahwaush, Minnesota passed away unexpectedly on Saturday, May 26, 2018.  He was born on June 14, 1966 in Park Rapids, MN to Leonard Bush and Louise Loons.

Gary grew up in Naytahwaush with his brothers and sisters.  He had a very big heart and was always there for anyone in need.  Gary loved to make people laugh and smile, but his true passion in life was spending time with his family and friends.  Gary had a special bond with his niece Mikaela Bush, his “lil boxer”.  We will miss him deeply.

Family that Gary is reunited with are his parents; Leonard and Louise, brothers; Corwin and Edsil Bush, sister; Kay Bush, auntie; Delores Bush, uncle Ping, great grandparents; Andy and Maggie Bush and many other relatives.

He leaves behind his son; Gary Bush, Jr. of Naytauwaush, brothers; Jerry (Ellen) Bush of Naytahwaush, Terry Bush of Akeley and Joseph Bush of Fairbault, sisters; Debra Bush of Bagley, Cassandra Bush of Albuquerque, NM and Monica Perrault of Naytahwaush and many more loved ones and friends.

An overnight wake for Gary will begin at 11:00 a.m., Friday, June 1st and continue until his 10:00 a.m. funeral service on Saturday, June 2nd all being held at the Sports Complex in Naytahwaush, MN.  Pastor Tim Brown will officiate.  Pallbearers for Gary are Duke Bush, Clyde Estey, Terry Bush, Travis Roy, Gary Bush, Jr. and Monica Perrault.  His honorary pallbearers are all his family and friends.  Interment will be in the Free Gospel Cemetery in Naytahwaush, MN after services.
