Kenneth Robert Becker

Kenneth R. Becker, age 68, was called to his eternal home on Friday, April 26, 2019 at Autumn Hill Assisted Living in Bemidji.

Ken was born April 21, 1951 to George and Leona (Mattick) Becker in Minneapolis.  He was self-employed as a mechanical design engineer.  He married the love of his life Cindi (Schultz) Becker and together they made their home up north due to his love for it, having moved from the cities 30 years ago.  Along the way, they had a daughter and son, Karen and Andrew.

Ken had a love for his family and his dogs.  He was an avid outdoorsman and proudly served his country in the United States Army.

He will be lovingly remembered by his spouse, Cindi Becker of Hackensack, daughter, Karen (Tim) Wolff of Annandale and son, Andrew (Tricia Meyers) Becker, of Hackensack.  Grandchildren include Alicia and Alex Becker and Charlotte, Braxton, and Elliott Wolff.  Other survivors include brothers, Glenn (Robin) Becker, of Bloomington, and Larry “Butch” Becker, of Minneapolis, along with a daughter-in-law, Arin Potvin, and cousin, Neil (Pam) Mattick and his furry friend, Daisy, and all of his many friends.

The Becker family would like to “thank all of the medical and hospice staff who helped our family through Ken’s illness.”

A private family memorial service will be held at a later date.
