Robert Wade Iceman, 40 years old, of Red Lake, Minnesota went home to be with his Lord and savior on Friday, May 19, 2017 at the Red Lake IHS Hospital in Red Lake, MN.  Robert was born on July 21, 1976 in Minneapolis, MN to Carol Ann Cloud and Byron Robert Iceman.

Rob was a very generous and caring young man who always thought about others before himself.  Rob was the “go to guy” for people who needed help.  He was a dependable and reliable person, never saying a bad word about anyone.  Rob liked to make people laugh, especially with his “Bob Stories” that he would post on his facebook page.  His greatest joy were his niece and nephews.  Rob always said “they are my world” and he showed it by attending all of their functions.  Rob will be fondly remembered by all who knew him and love him.

Family that Rob reunites with his father; Byron Iceman, grandmother; Josephine Cloud, grandparents; Alma and Robert Iceman, uncles; Leonard Jr., Bradley and Llewellyn Cloud and several paternal aunts and uncles.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his mother and step-father; Carol Cloud and Fabian Kingbird of Red Lake, sisters; Delora Iceman of Minneapolis and Brittany (Jason) Clark of Thief River Falls, his “other mom”; Candice Beaulieu, nephews; Jordan Roy Landon, Isaiah Maxwell and Ryder Wade Iceman, niece; Tuleah Iceman, aunts; Priscilla and Phyllis Iceman and Carol Martin, uncles; Roland, Kenneth, Darrell and Irvin Iceman, great uncle; Jerome Graves, “The Crew”; Geoffrey Pierre, Vincent White, Sr., Harvey Roy III, George White III, Ian Veaux, Mark Jourdain and Gary Maxwell, his furry four legged friend – Bob and other relatives and many friends.

A wake for Rob will begin at 2:00 p.m., Monday, May 22nd at the new Little Rock Community Center in Red Lake and continue there until his 10:00 a.m., funeral service on Wednesday, May 24th at the Redby Community Church in Redby.  Pastor Tom Pollock and Paul Straubel will officiate.  Those helping to lay Rob to rest will be “The Crew” – Geoffrey Pierre, Vincent White, Sr., Harvey Roy III, George White III, Ian Veaux, Mark Jourdain and Gary Maxwell.  His honorary pallbearers are Charlene Anderson, Jordan Landon, Jon Roberts, Paul Straubel, Dylan Lussier, Ian Lussier and Brandon Beaulieu.  Interment will be in the St. Antipas Episcopal Cemetery in Red Lake following his Wednesday service.

Robert’s care has been entrusted to Northern Peace Funeral Home of Walker.  Online condolences for the family may be left at www.northernpeace.com
