Andretti De’Angelo Bushey, 25 years young, of the Crane Clan and from Onigum, Minnesota began his journey to the spirit world on February 9th, 2023 from his work.
Andretti was born in Minneapolis, MN on December 31st, 1997 to Dyana Bruce. He grew up in a very tight knit family and was raised in Onigum, MN by his mom and dad, Dyana and Mike. His competitive nature was obvious by his Jr. Brave Grass Dancer and twice Sr. Brave Grass Dancer titles; as well as his being a 2X Diamond Apex Predator gamer. Andretti was a talented rapper with an amazing sense of humor. He loved the winter and being outdoors whenever he could. Andretti was a hard worker, he worked as a cook for many different establishments; never going very long without a job. He will be remembered by his loyalty to his many friends and his love for his family.
Family that Andretti is reunited with are his grandparents, Suzanne and Walter Smith, Sr.; aunt, Bonita Bruce; uncles, Steve and Daniel Bruce; great uncles, Buck, Gus, and Hank Bruce and his best friends, Raymond Krasky and Alonzo Smith.
Those left behind to forever cherish his memory are his mother, Dyana (Mike Rice) Bruce; sisters, Andrea Bushey and Alisha Rose Partridge; brothers, Anthony, Andrew, and Andros Bushey; the only love of his life, Marcy White; and many nieces, nephews, aunties, uncles and too many friends to list.
The wake for Andretti will begin at 6:00 p.m. on Friday, February 17th and continue until his 11:00 a.m. traditional service on Sunday, February 19th all to be held at the Onigum Community Center in Onigum, MN. Frankie Graves will be his Spiritual Advisor. Pallbearers for Andretti will be Charles Oothoudt, Justin Nordmarken, Daniel Jones, Dion Jackson, Loren Gunthner, and Randall Belcourt. His honorary pallbearers are Anthony Bushey, Andrew Bushey, Andros Bushey, Mike Rice, Kenny Rice, Robert Elmberg, Sr., Walter Smith, Jr., James Jones, and William Pell. Inurnment will be in the Old Agency Catholic Cemetery at Old Agency, MN at a later date.
