Autumn Leaf LaGarde

*********NOTICE*********  FUNERAL SERVICES FOR AUTUMN HAVE BEEN POSTPONED TO A LATER DATE *******************

Autumn Leaf LaGarde, age 44, of Bemidji, Minnesota passed into the spirit world April 10th, 2020.  She was born to Angela Headbird (LaGarde) and Gary Howard on May 6th, 1975 in Minneapolis, MN. 

Autumn had a beautiful personality, she could beat you in a game of scrabble anytime, while educating you on the British Royal family.  She kept up to date on numerous issues that were close to her and could have engaging conversations until the sun came up. 

Autumn was blessed with the births of her children; Paige Carissa Brown, McKinley Kenneth Kingbird, Chloë Noel LaGarde, Carlo Lupino LaGarde, and her baby Maricella Vita Rodriquez. 

Tragically her oldest daughter passed away in 2009.  Things were hard for Autumn, but she tried her best for her children they were always on her mind. 

Those she joins in the afterlife are her daughter. Paige Carissa Brown; her father, Gary Howard; her sister, Laurie Headbird, her paternal grandparents, Dorothy and Simon Howard; her maternal grandparents, Barbara LaGarde and Rocky Lupino, and numerous other family members. 

She is survived by her children, McKinley; Chloë; Carlo; and baby Maricella; her mother, Angela Headbird; siblings, cousins, aunts, uncles, cousins, and her special cousin and confidant Greg Earth. 

Funeral services for Autumn will begin at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, April 10th, 2021 at the Mission Community Center in Cass Lake, MN.  The family asks that you practice COVID-19 protocols by wearing a mask and practicing social distancing.  Please honor Autumn, and our elders, by staying home if you are not feeling well.
