Charles "Chuck" David Lajeunesse

Charles “Chuck” David Lajeunesse, age 52, of Moorhead, Minnesota began his journey to the spirit world from his home on Thursday, August 13th, 2020.

Chuck was born in Red Lake, MN on August 17th, 1967 to Ramona Lajeunesse and Joseph Adams, Sr. and attended Red Lake Schools.  After high school, Chuck travelled around living in Minneapolis, Red Lake, Bemidji, Cass Lake and finally settled down in Moorhead, MN.  He worked as a netter for the Red Lake Fisheries and as a laborer for various companies during his time in Moorhead.  Chuck loved being outdoors in nature and down by the lake as often as he could.  He was a loving and sincere man, who enjoyed helping people.  He was nice, friendly and loved to joke around with everyone he met.  Some of his interests were playing cards, board games, going to the casino, traveling around and woodworking, he used his skills to make furniture.  Chuck will be remembered for his great sense of humor and his kindness.

Family that welcome Chuck to the spirit world are his parents, Ramona and Joseph; brother, Billy Adams; sister, Tina Adams; grandmother, Maryann Aitkin; and cousins, Brian, Bradley and Lawrence Lajeunesse, Jr. and Edward “Rob” Lussier.

He leaves behind his brothers, Dale and Joseph Adams, Jr. and Anthony Nichols; sisters, Fran Lajeunesse, Cindy and Nina Adams; nephews, Dustin Nelson and Timothy Cherro, Jr.; niece, Livi Fiskness, numerous cousins and many friends.

A memorial service will begin at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, August 22nd, 2020 at the Red Lake Community Center in Red Lake, MN.  Chuck’s honorary pallbearers are all his family and friends.  At Chuck’s request, a private scattering of his cremains will take place at a later date.
