David Bradley Corneillie

David Bradley Corneillie, age 68, of Grand Forks, North Dakota was called home by his Lord and Savior on Saturday, May 17th, 2025.  David was born in Park River, ND on Friday, June 29, 1956, to Melda and Oscar Corneillie.

David loved fishing, football and his family.  He enjoyed westerns, true crime shows, action movies and golden sitcoms.  David enjoyed having a couple of drinks with his close friends and family and often told stories of the past with great joy.  He had great admiration and respect for his grandparents, mom and dad, brothers and sisters and of course his children and grandbabies.

Those left behind to cherish his memory are his sons; Bradley (Jessica) Corneillie and Wayne Anderson, grandchildren; Kaylee, Miles, Lilyan, Liam, Chloe, Jamie, Brittany, Micheal, Miranda, Mason, and Allissa, one great grandson; Elijah, brothers; Oscar “Buddy” Corneillie, Jr. and Michael Nelson, sisters; Karen (Daniel) Sandahl, Kristy Wagner, and Kelly Nelson, many nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends.

David is reunited with his daughters; Brandy Corneillie and Jamie Anderson, parents; Melda and Oscar Sr., a brother; Miles Corneillie, grandparents, and many aunties and uncles.

A memorial mass for David will be held on Friday, June 13th, 2025 at St. Bernard’s Catholic Church in Thief River Falls at 12:15 p.m.  A one-hour visitation will begin at 11:15 a.m. prior to the mass.  Father Craig Vasek will officiate.  Pallbearer for David will be his grandson Miles Bradley Corneillie.  Inurnment will be in the St. Bernard’s Catholic Cemetery at a later date.
