Dawn Lisa Raincloud

Dawn Lisa Raincloud age 58, of the Kingfisher Clan started her spirit journey on August 7, 2024, from her home in Bemidji MN.  She was born to Carmella (Still Day) and Daniel Raincloud Jr.  on May 4,1966 in Red Lake MN.

Dawn grew up in Ponemah MN, until she reached middle school when she moved to Wilmar MN, where she graduated high school.   After graduation, she moved to Duluth where she made a life for herself.  She worked for Goodwill in Duluth for 30 years.

Dawn loved to go bowling on Saturdays, she enjoyed going to the casino as well.  But what made her the happiest was when she was with all her family, that was her happy place.  She had a special love for animals…especially cats, and them for her.  She ESPECIALLY LOVED HER MINNESTOA VIKINGS!!  SKOL VIKES!!

Those welcoming Dawn to the spirit world are her parents; Daniel, and Carmella Raincloud, Jr.; brothers Daryl Raincloud and Robert Raincloud, grandparents; Clarence and Sybil Stillday Sr., Daniel and Madeline Raincloud Sr. as well and many other family members.

Those she leaves behind to cherish her memory are her brothers; Harold Raincloud Sr. and Arlen Raincloud, sister; Roberta Raincloud and many nieces and nephews.

Dawn’s service will be at 10”00 a.m., Friday, August 16, 2024, at the Wah-Bun Chapel Ponemah, Minnesota. Pastor David Anderson, Jr. and Pastor Keith Pennel will Officiate.   The Urn bearers are Brandon Raincloud Sr., Blaine Raincloud, and Harold Raincloud Jr.  Honorary urn bearers are all that knew and loved her.  She will be buried in The Family Burial Grounds, Ponemah, MN.
