Dennis Gordon Hein

Dennis Hein passed away on May 2, 2026, at the age of 81.  He was born on August 24, 1944, in Grand Forks, North Dakota to James and Dorthy Hein.  He and his family moved to Walker, Minnesota where he graduated from Walker High School in 1962.  Ge enlisted and served in the U.S. Air force from September 1962 to September 1966. 

He was proceeded in death by his parents, James and Dorothy Hein, his brother James Richard Hein, a son Mark Anthony Hein, a daughter, Jennifer Marie Hein.

He is survived by a brother, David Hein and sister, Debra (Hein) Viska, son’s Justin Dennis Hein and Jeramy Gordon Hein, grandson, Alexander Hein and numerous nieces and nephews and great nieces and nephews. 

He will be laid to rest near his parents and brother at Evergreen Cemetery, Walker MN.  There will be a graveside service for the family July 25, 2026.
