Gustovi Loyal Phonseya “Bebaamaashing” meaning “He who soars around” of the Bear Clan age 2 months began his spirit journey from his home on January 27, 2025.  He was born to Tasheen Richardson and Peter Phonseya Sr. on November 27, 2024.
Gustovi was a very happy baby, he absolutely loved to be held and given kisses.  He enjoyed pow wow music and having his own baby conversations with people.  He also enjoyed sitting or lying down watching movies with everyone.
Those greeting him in the spirit world are great great grandma; Thea and Marilyn, great grandpa; John Wilke, great grandpa; Hank, grandma; Georgie, grandpa’s; Merle and Paul, aunties; Marilyn and Rose, cousin; Bennie and Aiianna Brown, and many others.

A wake for Gustovi will begin at 6:00 p.m., Monday February 3, 2025, and continue until 10:00 a.m. service on Tuesday February 4, 2025, all to be held at the Veterans Memorial Building, in Cass Lake MN. His Spiritual Advisor will be Adrian Liberty.  The pallbearers are Max Pigeon, Rueben Littlewolf, Tyrell Wakonabo, and Rainy Cunningham.  Honorary pallbearers will be Peter Jr., Sergio, Merle, Aaron, Thomas, Tyrell, Theresa, Mark, Esther, Jennie, River, Grace, Justin, Trudy, and all that knew and loved him.
