Hanneah Stebe Obituary

Hanneah Denise Joy Stebe, 20 years young, “Niizh Makwa” which means “Two Bears”, of Bemidji, Minnesota journeyed to the spirit world from her home on Friday, May 1st, 2020.  She was born on June 7th, 1999 in Bemidji, MN to Desi (McArthur) and Brian Stebe.

Hanneah was known as “Sunshine” because she was a happy girl and her smile as bright as the sun.  She loved art and crafts and spending time outdoors with her nieces and nephews.  Hanneah was always telling jokes and making people laugh.  She accepted and cared for everybody that crossed her path.  She spent a lot of time making memories with her sisters.  Hanneah loved her family and friends and she will be missed dearly.  Love your sisters !!

Family that welcome Hanneah to the spirit world are her brother, Coty Stebe; grandma, Pookum; aunt, Trista Anderson; cousin, Shawna Stebe and several other relatives that traveled before her.

Those left behind to cherish her memory are her mother, Desi Stebe of Bemidji; father, Brian Stebe of Bemidji; brother, Kohv Woehle; sisters, Breanna, Deacota and Keanna (Cole Beauchamp) Stebe; grandma, Sandra Stebe; grandpa, Ed (Joy) Rucinski; aunties, Tana (Doug) Krogseng, Nikki Greenfeather and Donita McArthur-Peltier; nieces and nephews, Bentley, Royal, Major, Nathanial, Elijah, Naomi, Iziah, Nindaanis and Namyr; cousins, Mikah, Landyn, Tine, Bug, Lucas, Destiny and Tamera; special mom, Susan Bushman; special dad, Benji Woehle, numerous other extended family and too many friends to list.

An overnight wake for Hanneah will begin at 7:00 p.m., Sunday, May 3rd and continue until her 11:00 a.m. traditional service on Monday, May 4th all to be held at the Mission Community Center in Mission/Cass Lake, MN.  Allen Hardy will be her Spiritual Advisor.  Palllbearers for Hanneah are Mikah Seaboy, Landyn Seaboy, Randy Stebe, Pierre Okstad, Mike Roy and Cole Beauchamp.  Her honorary pallbearers are Kohv Woehle, Bentley Stebe, Brayden Castonguay, Rob McKenna and Brandon McKenna.  Hanneah’s cremains will remain with her family.
