Leonard “Beboy” Charles Losh of Cass Lake, MN, started his journey on Wednesday, February 14th, 2024, from Sandford Medical Center in Bemidji, MN. He was born on August 21, 1942, to Charles and Irene (Johnson) Losh in Bena, MN. He attended school in Bena and Federal Dam, MN.
Leonard joined the US Navy after graduating high school and proudly served for 4 years. Later in life he enjoyed dancing, going to the casino, fishing, tinkering in his garage, and spending time with family and friends. Leonard also LOVED 6-mile Lake Road.
Those greeting Leonard in the spirt world are his parents, Charles and Irene Losh; son, Darrin Losh; brother, Raymond Losh; sisters, Gloria (Losh) Wright and Leota “Micky” Lusky; grandson, Lorin Losh; aunts; and uncles.
Those left behind to cherish Leonard’s loving memory are his wife, Marolyn Losh; son, Duane Losh; daughters, Linda Losh and Kelly (Brandon) Losh-Terrell; brothers, Lyman Losh, Melvin Losh, Robert (Peggy) Losh, and Rayis (Doreen) Losh; 14 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and 5 great-great grandchildren.
A visitation for Leonard will be at 10:00 a.m. on Monday, February 19, 2024, with the funeral service to follow at 11:00 a.m., all to be held at Northern Peace Funeral Home in Walker, MN. Father George Ross and Father Bill Butcher will officiate. Pallbearers are Austin Morris, Joshua Losh, Zach Ryan, Tyler Losh, Brandon “Bam-Bam” Terrell, and Charles “Chucky” Losh. Honorary pallbearers are Tessa Losh, Yasmine (Losh) Long, Jayda (Losh) Long, Zephyr (Losh) Ryan, Katie Gould, Naomi Gould, Lindsey (Losh) Frech, and Jinelle Losh. Interment will be at 1:00 p.m., Monday, February 19, 2024, at the Leech Lake Tribal Veterans Cemetery in Cass Lake, MN. Military honors at graveside will be accorded by the Leech Lake Veterans Memorial Honor Guard.
