Linda Louise (Ashton)(McGraw) Broll, age 75, of Walker MN, passed away peacefully Tuesday, September 16th, 2025. Linda was born in Duluth, Minnesota on November 20th, 1949 to William Adair Ashton and Edyth Fuller. She graduated from Mounds View High School and had 2 children with her first husband. She had many different jobs that kept her busy and had an extreme love for animals, especially eagles and cats. After retiring, she made a home in Backus with her second husband Al Broll, where she enjoyed making quilts and spending time with friends. She lived out her last several years in Walker, meeting new friends and continued her love for sewing and quilting. She is survived by her son, Matthew McGraw (Jill Green) of Forest Lake; daughter, Nancy Webb of White Bear Lake; Four grandchildren, Tylar, Samantha and Alexandra McGraw, and Logan Webb; Half-brothers Rick (Lorie) Ashton, Larry (Linda) Ashton; and many nieces and nephews. Special mention to Linda’s two surviving beloved cats Fred and Wilma. Linda was preceded in death by her parents William Adair Ashton and Edyth Fuller; sister, Julie Adair Reid; and her second husband, Alvin Broll. The family would like to thank Faith in Action for all their help getting Linda to her appointments, along with her PCA's that helped over the years. Because of her love for cats and dogs, the family would like any gifts to be donated to "Paws and Claws" in Hackensack, MN in her name (https://www.pawsandclawsrr.org/donate-2). A Celebration of Life will happen at a later date.
