Logan Walter Eugene Cloud, age 32, “Miizhakii’aanimad” of Cass Lake, MN began his spiritual journey on Saturday, May 24, 2026, at his home in Bovey, MN. He was born in Bemidji, MN on April 7, 1994, to Levi Wind and Rosalene Cloud. His adopted parents are Brian Mike Myers and Birdena Lyons.
Logan grew up in Cass Lake and following graduation he worked for Wells Technology in Bemidji, MN for numerous years. He had a love of the outdoors, fishing, camping, and gardening were just a few of his favorite pastimes. Logan loved grilling and having cookouts with his family. He also enjoyed hanging out with his friends, playing his guitar, gaming, going to powwows, and doing podcasts. Logan enjoyed driving and has traveled all across the country. He liked to take his knowledge and teach others the traditional ways. Logan would also take that knowledge to the Cass Lake Bena School where he would teach classes. He was always moving, keeping himself busy and one of his proudest moments was becoming president of the Sacred Bundle which was a nonprofit business that he and his family started. Logan loved his family so much and his brothers were so important to him that he had a tattoo of their names tattooed down his arm. He will be sadly missed by all his family and friends.
The family that Logan joins is his father, Brian Myers, grandmother; Rose Cloud, numerous aunts and uncles.
Those he leaves behind to cherish his memory are his mother; Birdie Lyons, his biological parents; Levi and Rosalene, his mentor/dad; Steven Hardy, siblings; Daniel Doyen, Jonathan Whitefeather, Landyn Cloud, Leigh Cloud, Lakasha Cloud, James Koutsky and Molly Tibbetts brother; Alex Staples, special aunt; Janet Cloud, aunts; Della (Jim) Jones, Tami (Larry) Rodenwald, uncles; Bernard Rock and Randy Finn, his grandpa; Larry Hardy, his best friends; Ed and Matt.
A wake for Logan will begin at 7:00 p.m., Wednesday, May 27, 2026, and will continue until the 10:00 a.m. traditional service on Friday, May 29,2026,6 all held at his home in Cass Lake. 6662 164th Street, NW, Cass Lake, MN. Spiritual advisor will be Michael Needham. Pallbearers for Logan will be Dan Doyen, Neil Cornelius, Ed Lyons, Matt Tibbetts, Alex Staples, and James Wolf. Alternate pallbearer will be Scott Nielson. Honorary pallbearers will be all his friends. Interment will be in the Lakeview Cemetery in Bena.
