Lonnie Lee Fredrickson

Lonnie Lee Fredrickson, 63, of Cass Lake, MN, died Thursday, December 7, 2023, at Sanford Medical Center in Bemidji, MN. Lonnie was born May 11, 1960, in Bemidji to Jack and Marjorie (Ness) Fredrickson, the oldest of three children. 

Lonnie worked in various occupations including carpentry, welding, building maintenance, with his last employment being retail at L&M Fleet in Bemidji retiring due to illness. He loved hunting, fishing, camping and dogs. Family gatherings were a favorite. He was a lifelong Minnesota Vikings fan.

Lonnie is survived by sons, Cole and Kyle (Leah) Fredrickson of New Mexico; daughters, Jaime Fredrickson of Texas and Nyoaka (Mark) Koone of Wadena, MN; brother, Bill (Michele) Fredrickson; sister, Lori (Karl) Humphrey both of Cass Lake, MN; 6 grandchildren; uncle, Bob (Susan) Ness of Bemidji; aunt, Gail Fredrickson of Silver Bay, MN; and nieces and nephews.

Lonnie is preceded in death by his parents, grandparents, and numerous relatives.

The Celebration of life for Lonnie will begin with a graveside service on May 11, 2024, at 11:00 a.m. at Pine Grove Cemetery, Cass Lake, MN with a luncheon to follow at Farden Town Hall, Farden Township, MN. In Lieu of flowers memorials are preferred.
