Richard Carter Obituary

Richard Carter, passed away on April 26, 2026. He was the son of Claude and Florence (McArthur) Carter. Richard was married to Lisa Carter.

He leaves behind to cherish his memories daughters Tami (Earl) Sass, and Dawn (Jim) Bailey, Stepson Noah (Erica) Koeppl. As well as 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was a carpenter, and loved to hunt, fish and ride his motorcycle.
