Sylvia Jean Gale

Sylvia Jean Gale, age 67, of Cass Lake, Minnesota began her journey to the spirit world on Friday, March 26th, 2021 from the Fair Oaks Lodge in Wadena, MN.  Sylvia was born on January 31st, 1954 in Cass Lake, MN, the daughter of Helena (White) and Albert Gale.

Sylvia was blessed to be able stay home and raise her children, something she cherished deeply.  She had a big heart and loved helping others whenever she could, she also enjoyed making quilts, ricing, working with birch bark, beading and making maple syrup.  Sylvia will be missed by all who loved her.

Family that welcomes Sylvia to the spirit world are her daughter; Tammy White, her son; Terrance White, Jr., mother; Helena Gale, grandsons; Xavier and Manomin White, brothers; Michale, Clinton, Melvin, Sterling and Phillip, grandparents; Mary and Clarence White and nieces; Jolene Goose, Marlea and Julie Weyaus.

Those she leaves to mourn her are her son; Adrian White, Sr., brother; Stuart Gale, sister; Cindy Gale and all of her grand kids.

Wake services for Sylvia will begin at 4:00 p.m. on Tuesday, March 30th and continue until her 1:00 p.m. traditional service on Thursday, April 1st all to be held at the Facility Center in Cass Lake, MN.  Tony Jenkins, Sr. will be her Spiritual Advisor.  Pallbearers for Sylvia will be Eli Goose, Cody White, Carl White, Raven White, Terrance White and Steve Richardson.  Alternate pallbearers are Tim Goose and Clinton Bryan.  Her honorary pallbearers are all her grandchildren and her best friends Mary Kangas, Theresa Kangas and Roberta Meeshenow.  Interment will be in the Ryans Village Cemetery at Bena, MN following her Thursday services.
