Terrance "TJayy" Wayne Jourdain, Jr.

Terrance “TJayy” Wayne Jourdain, Jr., “Bag-waj-inini” which means “Man of the Woods”, of the Bullhead Clan, age 35, of Cass Lake, MN began his spiritual journey on Thursday, April 23, 2026 at his home.  He was born on March 3, 1991, in Bemidji, MN, the son of Terrance, Sr. and Maureen Moose.

Terrance was a person who always put everyone before himself and he checked on everyone including family and friends.  It didn’t matter the length of time that he knew you, he always cared.  Terrance was an amazing protector and father who loved being around family.  He was patient with everyone and loved to pass down his knowledge.  Terrance was an outdoorsman and a gun enthusiast who loved hunting, ice fishing, setting snares, working with plants and was very smart when it came to computers.  Terrance was very humorous and loved teasing and laughing, he could keep the jokes rolling forever.

The family that Terrance joins again are his grandparents; Patricia and Gilbert Moose, grandpa, Chuck Barrett, paternal great grandma; Lucille Auginash, maternal great grandparents; David Morgan, Sr. and Josephine Morgan, a unborn baby Jourdain, uncles; Merrick Moose and Quentin Moose, maternal great uncle; Kerry Morgan, great aunt; Karin Morgan, numerous other aunts, uncles and relatives.

Those waiting to be reunited are his parents; Terrance “Terry” Jourdain, Sr. and Maureen Moose, Fiancé; Jenna Adams, children; Jordan Jourdain, Terra Morgan-Jourdain, Jayden Jourdain, Tayliana Jourdain, and Merrick Matthew Jourdain, siblings; Thomas Jackson, Sheela Jourdain, Whitney Roberts, James “Jimmy” Jourdain, Deja’Rae Staples, Cierra Jourdain, Taryn Jourdain, Nindaanis Waybenais, close cousins; Dominic May and Devin May, grandmother Debbie Barrett, numerous other siblings and relatives.

A wake for Terrance will begin at 6:00 p.m., Tuesday, April 28, 2026, and will continue until the 10:00 a.m. traditional service held on Wednesday, April 29, 2026, all held at the David Morgan Community Center in Bena, MN.  Spiritual advisor will be Jon Goodman.  Pallbearers for Terrance will be Terry Jourdain, Sr., Devin May, Dominic May, Josh-wah Morgan, Thomas Jackson, and Lance Erickson.  Alternates will be Delano Brown, Sheldon Brown, Jr., Jimmy Jourdain and Alex Adams-Blackburde.  Interment will be held in the Lakeview Cemetery in Bena following the service.
