My condolences to the family. Known Ribs since 9th grade. Played some basketball with him. Always good to visit with him at a lot of wake services

Condolences and Prayers for this loss of a good man. I worked with Ribs, he was a very down to earth guy. He tried to help people where and when he could. He will be missed!

OMG! I am such shock! It seems like yesterday since I just saw him. My deepest sympathy goes out to all families impacted and our Native Community. He sure was a great person inside and out, I've known "Ribs" for pretty much since my childhood life and he is my niece "Leah Lovelace's uncle. I will miss seeing him around Cass and at the pow-wows, he served our Leech Lake Band members in a very professional way while in office and was so proud of him for that accomplishment. May he soar high and free as he now has earned his wings of an angel.
RIH "Ribs", until we meet again! May you now watch over the loved ones left behind and are in mourning, please comfort them all, walk beside them and give them strength to get through this difficult time. Please say hi to Roy and my dad "Snooks" okay?
